R&B Infra was born from a firsthand belief — not a business plan. In 2015, our founders walked through what was then empty land in Dholera and saw something most people missed: a government-mandated smart city backed by ₹1 lakh crore+ in committed infrastructure investment, positioned on the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor.

They bought their own plots before they ever sold one to a client. That conviction — skin in the game — became the founding principle of R&B Infra.
