The Dholera Special Investment Region Development Authority (DSIRDA) has full statutory responsibility for planning, development and regulatory oversight of the entire 920 sq. km SIR — ensuring long-term development continuity.

The Government's primary objective is to position Dholera as a world-class global manufacturing and trading destination — attracting both domestic and international investment at scale.

Public Investment in Core Infrastructure

All primary infrastructure — roads, power grid, water treatment, ICT backbone, storm water drains — is funded and delivered by the government. No dependence on private development for city-level utilities.
